The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lafayette College (Easton, PA) in May 2021
Interview
Just emailed the head of the department and she was responsive. Not an interview process, more of a sign up process. I heard of it through a club but you can also be referred.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lafayette College (Easton, PA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Phone screen, 3 interviews on the same day (interview with a business partner, interview with current analyst, interview with future boss). More casual interview with CFO (a few days later). Everyone was very kind, engaged, and easy to chat with. Entire process took about 2 weeks from phone screen to offer. Declined offer due to salary; I requested upwards of $XX,XXX during the phone screen and was told it would be doable; I received an offer for $8,000 less than my request. I would have loved to join the team here but could not due to monetary reasons.

What from the job description piqued your interest? / What are two qualities from your current role that would transfer to this role well? / How would you handle getting up to speed in this role?
What weaknesses do you have? / Tell me about a time you explained a complex process in a simple way.
Not too many challenges, you had to answer about your experience at Lafayette and what you would do best as a tour guide and representative for the college. Often a group interview.
