Interview
I met five people, mostly engineers and managers, during interview. They were friendly and asked questions regarding my skills and knowledge. They not only wanted to know about me but also wanted to let me know what their work is like too. (which I liked) They offered me a tour to office and introduced me to some people that were available during interview.

They asked my background regarding work, such as if I can utilize certain programs/tools or languages.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a commute by air from Connecticut to Michigan. The interview process was not so much and interview but a lesson on antenna families. This was not about me but more like an overview of antenna content.
