The first interview is a standard office interview. The next interview is what they call a "field interview" where you're asked to meet your mentor at a Sam's club and observe what they do. Then you do a final interview Where they tell you that they've narrowed it down to 3 people and they'll let you know by 4pm. It's all a lie. They hire everyone.
