I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lakeside Process Controls
Interview
- 6 different interviewers, from different teams/aspects of company, one on one in meeting room
- two to three hours long
- Includes psychological prior to the interview
- Includes cognitive test during the interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Lakeside Process Controls (Mississauga, ON) in Jan 2026
Interview
The first interview was easy. The second interview was really hard and they were pretty unaccommodating and pushy. I also got the vibe that they were incredibly unorganized and yet the burden would fall on you.
