Lakeside Swim Club interview questions

Must be Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certified before interview. Very casual interview: mainly questions about what sort of things you're interested in and what your personality is like. Three 'rescue' questions are asked, all of which are not very difficult. Following interview, water skills test was needed. Endurance swimming and rescue skills.
