The General Manager and his two Assistant General Managers determined a need within their ticket sales department. They felt that their internship program could generate incremental revenue by making outbound phone calls if they were trained, coached and managed. I was asked to come to FirstEnergy Park to discuss the Director of Inside Sales position.
