Interview
The interview process was quiet easy. The group interview was designed to appear that they worked as a team, however, the questions were very disjointed in content. Many employees where new to the interview process and really served no more than bodies in seats.

Lakewood College uses the No Fail Hiring System which is a very extensive vetting process. This processed is designed so that all employees are part of the process. Lakewood College has cultivated a team environment where we value the feedback of each employee on our small team. Our interview process has questions that each team member is assigned to in order to ensure the best fit for both the prospective employee, the existing employees and the employer. Further, our process for vetting prospective staff members is applied uniformly for all positions and it is compliant with state and federal employment standards. We feel that our employees are not just merely bodies in the seat but partners in helping our employees and students become the best versions of themselves.
