Went to an initial screening about a month ago, and then went to a second round over a week later. But it's been 2 weeks now and I was ghosted. This is disrespectful of the interviewer's time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lam Research
Interview
First round was an HR call. And then the Hiring manager called to talk about more details about the job and my resume. The last round was a panel interview where I was asked to do a 20-30 min presentation followed by a 30 min interview time with 3 members on the team. (No technical question was asked, all behavior)
