- General HR Round
This initial round focused on getting to know me better—my background, work experience, and cultural fit with Laminar. The HR discussed the company’s vision and clarified role expectations, benefits, and the interview roadmap.
- Technical Round 1 – Verbal Technical Questions
Conducted by an engineer, this round tested my core understanding of software development concepts. I was asked to explain system design choices, dive into JavaScript and React principles, and reason through real-world technical problems to assess depth of knowledge.
- Technical Round 2 – Coding / Pair Programming
A hands-on session where I collaborated with an engineer to solve a problem in real-time. This round tested my problem-solving skills, coding approach, communication, and how well I adapt to feedback during live debugging and iteration.
- Offer Call
After clearing the rounds, I received a call to extend the offer. We discussed the compensation, role expectations, and next steps for onboarding.
