Land Gorilla's HR Recruiter reached out to me about an open position that I would be a fit for based on my experience. I felt the Recruiter was really trying to find out about me and what I value. She was able to address all the things I was looking for. Land Gorilla seems like a great innovative company. I withdrew from the interview process because I decided to look for a part-time position instead.

Question 1
What is most important to you when you are looking to join a new company?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Land Gorilla (San Luis Obispo, CA)
Interview
To call them unprofessional would be an understatement. The only people who seemed to know what was going on was the recruiters. I did 5 separate interviews and last minute test which I was given no notice of and only a few hours to complete. No one who I spoke to seemed to know what was going on. After being told I didn't get the job, I was told to apply in the future for other jobs. I applied for one I was qualified for... 4 weeks later I've heard nothing, and no emails have been responded to.
