the hr personnel contacted me after working hours (about 8/9pm) - first red flag. they also requested for so much for an "informal interview". it's your call to determine if its worth your time.

Interviewers just wanted to fill up interview quota. Low-balling applicants on salary that is not deserving for their experience and current qualifications. Once I was asked if I was willing to accept a pay cut. In Singapore? Paycut? What criteria that ticks that an applicant deserves a pay cut?
Small room for the interview in their office for 2 interviewers and myself. It was a regular work desk that we crowded over. Director didn’t seem to understand what I mentioned and felt overwhelmed by his own thoughts.
