First interview was intially to see if I was interested in joining the hospitality career path. Very open and encouraging conversation, more casual. Interviewd with 4 people the first interview. The second interview was a few weeks after I informed them I would like to officially apply for their management program and I interviewed then with President and VP in two separate interviews. Managment team's perspective and opinion overall is highly valued for all associates; will get everyone's approval before moving on to hiring stage. Interviews with Operations and Sales team members as well as owners before given an offer. Overall, very comfortable process- not intimidating at all!
