Short personality interview with another qualified candidate. Met with hiring manager and then if approved, you then meet with the area manager in charge of placing you at a certain location that Lanier Parking owns and introducing you to the site valet manager running the parking deck or facility.

Super easy interview that consisted of easy experience questions based on resume. Nothing probing and was offered a job on the spot after having a short 20 minute conversation. Was scheduled to start training that day and sent to HR the day afterwards.
