I had a phone interview with the Intern Manager which narrowed it to around 15 candidates and then had an in person interview to choose the interns with the same interviewer. For the second interview we had to be creative on why we should be chosen as an intern.

I used a former employee as my contact to the company and was put down on their list as potential employees. The process took about two weeks beginning with a phone call to setup the phone interview, the interview took place about a week later and was about 15 minutes and I was hired.
