3 stage process: 2 tests (Aptitude + Logical reasoning + vernal ability) + (Technical - Mechanical) + Interview. Interview was more of technical. HR question were also asked by technical person only. They didn't completed their full interview and left from campus. They gave job offers to those who got interviewed on first day.

Interview
Two rounds of tests: General Aptitude followed by Managerial Decision making.
Two rounds of interview : Technical followed by Managerial (Behavioural)
Two separate panels for both the interview. First panel comprised of mid managerial level employees and the second panel had people from senior leadership.
Interviewers will try to gauge depth of your knowledge and for the MT programs they will try to understand your perspective on life and current events of interest. It's vital to have good communication skills to clear the second round.
