Face-face interviews and meetings with group leader and others in the group. Group leader and staff had no people skills at all...absolute worse process I have ever been through. No thoughtful questions, no preparation, no understanding of where the company was going..

Interview
When I arrived, I took an assessment test, which took about an hour and a half. Followed by meeting some of the younger staff members that currently work there and a tour of the office. Then I did an in-person interview with 2 of their top employees.
