Read all reviews for this company. Numerous experiences that were unprofessional and not ethical for a company such as this. The company is not run well. The interview process will consist of an initial video meeting screen. You can expect one of three things after the initial screening. You will be ghosted, strung along for many weeks with a promise of an offer or you will be discriminated due to asking questions. If you ask too many questions about your status or about the company in your interview they will have someone on a higher level contact you and state that they not the hiring manager made the decision without your resume ever being seen by anyone at the company. Very poor communication and extremely poor skills from the staff in working with applicants even though that is the job of those you are speaking to. The CEO seems very uninterested in the staff or its well being. If you are looking to gain experience or have a career look for another company. You are treated as unimportant and not as a person when you apply.

I had 2 interviews, 1 witgh HR via Zoom and 1 in person with 2 of the marketing management team. The process was great, very transparent and was a two way conversation. I got to know a lot about the company and the role I ended up getting hired for and they got to know alot about me which led tomy hire.
