Lasered Components Production Operative interview questions

I had a short phone call and was asked to come in to see the factory in action. Talked about my past work experience and more details about job and the people at the factory. Some questions were to find out about my personality and the people I work well with and thinngs I need help with. I was comfortable and it was good to see it in person.
