I had a group interview alongside another candidate, which felt demeaning and uncomfortable. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, more like a university exam than a professional interview. Instead of discussing real-world experience, the interviewer focused solely on theoretical knowledge from the Scrum Guide and specific terminology. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend interviewing here. They offered me a spot in the Lasting Academy, but the learning contract specifies that candidates cannot accept any job offers during the course and for one month after it concludes.
