Interview
Initially I had a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. I then was invited to an assessment day later that week which would run from 9am-5pm. The day was split into a morning session and an evening session. There was 10 people in the group for that day. Overall they were picking 4 from a possible 20 candidates.
