It seems I had the same experience as a lot of others. Recruiter reached out asked me to reapply on the company site, send a number of published samples and then take a three-hour reporting test. Received an automated message three days later that they had moved on. Such a waste of time and completely disrespectful.

A phone interview with an HR person, and then, a writing test, and then an online interview with potential team members (two editors who would be supervisors of the position)
