Screening by recruiter. Passed? Two and a half hour phone interview with project manager and a shadower from HR. Passed? Onsite one and a half hour interview with IT manager and HR manager. Passed? Proceed.

Question 1
Questions about MVP and MVC and other design patterns, about Java's Swing and EDT. Questions are high level and not problem solving per say. The onsite interview that followed was not technical, all about behaviour and past experiences, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
