The initial phone interview screening lasted 5 minutes. Once they went over the compensation, no discussion further discussion was necessary. Base pay was 30k, and OTE for years one and two was 65k-70k. Considering the territory I was interviewing for, the base pay is less than minimum wage and the OTE hardly covers the cost of living.
