It was SO WEIRD. The online application is pretty normal, but when I met them in person, there was a written portion that took forever. I sat in a lobby with a notebook and pen and wrote out something like 8 - 10 pages of answers, but didn't have anything to write on like a desk. Not only is a written interview weird, but then the interview itself went over literally every single job I've ever worked and asked the most generic questions ever. I was there for something like 2 hours. We were in the lobby of the building, and people kept walking through which felt awkward.
And then they smelled me and we talked about ALL of the products I use. Seriously, everything.
Then I had to go home and do laundry, and only when my clothing was unscented could I meet with the owner who I met with for the better part of an entire day. And a second day. That got rescheduled multiple times. I spent probably 15 hours with them before getting an offer. And it took over a month between the time I applied and actually got an offer.
