Lawyers for Justice interview questions

The managing partner of the firm asked me why I left my previous job which is a normal question, however he then proceeds to make a judgement based off my looks and ultimately tells me that by the looks of my reading glasses I have that I look "high maintenance". After the consult I reported the incident to the recruiter assisting me and nothing came out of it.

Short and formal. They were respectful but not super communicative. The interviewer was kind and asked good questions. It seems like they have a high volume of applicants all of the time.
