Tenured candidate with 10+ years in vascular experience. Went through 4-5 interviews with Mgr. and Sr. Leadership. At the end, the recruiter told me one of the senior reps wanted to relocate (100 miles) to the territory and they weren’t going to move forward. A few weeks later, I saw they hired a less experienced rep for the same position I interviewed for. THERE WAS NO RELOCATION!!!. Blatant lie and not professional enough to tell the true.
