Leaap International interview questions

I attended an interview at Leap International's Chennai branch. Initially, they informed me that I was selected, but after 10 minutes, they said I was not selected, and I don't know why. During the interview, they mentioned that it is not an IT company, so I should not expect benefits similar to those of an IT company.
