The interview process was a process that had a few steps. These steps were a phone screening with HR, a phone screening with the hiring manager and an in person visit. I don't think my hiring manager at the time was well suited for the role (fired a few months into my time). If I would have understood the position of the company at the time I would have weighed my decisions differently. I don't regret my experience, I learned a lot, but I can't say it was a positive interview process.
