      Enterprise Account Executive Interview

      12 May 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LeanKit (London, England) in Mar 2017

      Interview

Long and not very well structured process: Leankit contacted me via LinkedIn, asked me to take personality and math tests, after several webex sessions, got to meet with the CEO... and then more webex sessions with more people that didn't do a great job at selling to me. Some great people in the mix, but poor communication over all. Not sure they are confident about their strategy and their product. No answer to request for feedback. A lot of time wasted. Weird kind of a relief when I got turned down.

      Enterprise Account Executive Interview

      8 May 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 9+ months. I interviewed at LeanKit (London, England) in Mar 2017

      Interview

Waste of time. 7 rounds of meeting members of the team, calls with team members and group calls, then more meetings and more calls - generally having your time wasted for an entire month by being told at each round that you were "great", "We have no reservations", "We definitely think you'd fit right in..." - and even receiving a call from the European Leader on a SUNDAY to say that we will give you the job only to find out on Monday that you haven't got it. I found the whole thing disrespectful as I had to take quite a lot of time off work for this and beyond rude especially when they didn't have to courtesy or decency to provide any feedback. Even after 7 interviews and 1 month of this process they refused to share what the wages would be or remuneration, how the comms are linked to targets, what benefits you will receive, vacation time etc. "We'll have to get back to you on that..." When I dug into "how many of the sales team in the UK are hitting targets...?" The answers weren't promising and it seems that the team are well short. Also, I found it strange that no one had the same answer when it came to company revenues - the highest VITO said $17m, the heads of sales said $25m, a UK Enterprise Sales guy said $8m and the head of europe wouldn't answer and changed the subject. I was pretty shocked that a few people have left LeanKit within x3 months...
