Leap Tools interview questions

The interview first started with your self-Introduction, your hobbies, and the experience of there Demo for 10 min and coding question 40 min. Overall experience is not bad, coding question was a bit tricky.

- They wouldn't discuss pay throughout the interview process - Not once did they get back to me throughout the recruitment process when they said they would. At one point, I thought I was ghosted because 4+ weeks had passed with no communication and then out of the blue, I was invited to the next interview stage - Some discussion around not believing in prioritizing scalabilty and teams should customize for every customer (red flag) - Some discussion about shortcomings of previous leaders of the org (red flag) - Male dominated leadership team and not a lot of diversity in thought or perspective
