I applied through university. I interviewed at Learning Support Services (Santa Cruz, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview was standard and had very straight forward questions for a tutoring job. They ask you to tell about yourself, what prior experience you have tutoring, and you will then need to give a demonstration of your tutoring skills by giving a mock tutoring session.

Interview
Interview questions were given 10 minutes prior to the interview. It was a regular face-to-face interview process of asking and answering questions. Asking about prior experience, skills, reasons to apply, etc... The staffs were friendly and made me feel comfortable.
After interview, I was contacted via emails around 1 week after.
