1. HR Interview: HR is on top of things so explained the process and also threw in some tricky architecture questions which would be easy to answer if you are a senior dev.
2. If HR likes you they send a practical test which you have 2 weeks to finish. They suggest it would take 4-5 hours but it took me longer as I tried to do it the way I would like to see it done. It is a fairly straightforward node/mongo backend with a few twists.
3. If they like your submission there is an interview with a few senior devs to discuss your submission as well as some simple live coding and a few architectural questions. Again pretty easy if you are an experienced dev.
4. Beer test where you meet the CTO and a group of devs. They introduce themselves and you yourself. I guess they want to see if you are an ahole or not. They were all friendly and asked a few challenging questions, just be normal.
5. Offer and reference checks
