Lee Hayes interview questions

One thirty minute phone wall with a partner for first round, eight 30 minute calls with 10 lawyers for second interview. Everyone was cordial. Took a month from application to first interview, and another month until second interview. Was told I would receive decision in ten days to two weeks

The HR is very responsive. For screening interview it’s very short, a little bit more than 15 min. The partner told me he won’t be the person who I will work with and he had to check another office for head count. I never heard back.
