Was online, about half an hour. They will also ask your preferences for where to work (either one of the bars at LUU or venues & events). The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to
Workshop style interview. It was one stage and you could request to work in any of the three venues. Questions felt relevant to the job. People were nice and professional.

Online one to one interview with current supervisor, 30 minute slot but only took about 15 minutes to go through all the questions. Standard competency based STAR questions. Was told the results of interview 2 weeks after I finished.
