The interview was very relaxed and more of a personality assessment. I feel like I wasn’t hired because I was over qualified for this position. The company takes their time hiring the right candidate which we can all appreciate.

Interview
A sit down formal interview, worked a day to display skills. Met property manager as well as Regional Manager. Took the basic Maintenance test. Asked for reference and qualifications. The whole process took right around two weeks. They did a back ground screen as well as a drug test.
