However, my experience with the interview process raised serious concerns. The interviewer scheduled a 20-minute interview but arrived 15 minutes late with a slight acknowledgment beyond a brief email. Being late by nearly the exact amount of time scheduled for the interview effectively eliminated any possibility of meaningful discussion, as I was unaware of how long we would be able to talk about my experience or potential contributions to the company.
