Phone interview then in person interview both the interview conducted by owner and old IT Support guy. They were very supportive to me. I initially felt nervous but they welcomed me in a very appreciative way that melt down my nervousness. It was very nice experience to work with such a supportive superior that gave me flexibility to make mistakes and learn from it.
