Interview
I was initially excited when Leland Management reached out to me to schedule an interview for a potential position. Their prompt response and interest in my application gave me hope that this could be a great opportunity. However, my experience quickly turned sour due to their lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. After receiving the initial invitation for an interview, I responded with my availability and confirmed my interest. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Despite my enthusiasm, [Leland Management failed to provide any further information or confirm the interview details. I patiently waited for a response, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they might be busy. Concerned that my initial response might have been lost in transit, I decided to follow-up to reiterate my availability and express my continued interest. This follow-up was met with silence as well. It's incredibly disheartening to be left in the dark after expressing genuine interest in a potential opportunity. As a professional, I believe that communication is a fundamental aspect of any successful organization. Even if Leland Management decided to move forward with other candidates, a simple courtesy email informing me of their decision would have been greatly appreciated. The complete lack of response shows a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort invested in the application process. I understand that businesses can get busy, but maintaining a level of professionalism during recruitment is crucial. My experience with Leland Management has left me with a negative impression of their organizational skills and consideration for candidates. I can't help but wonder if this is indicative of their overall company culture. In conclusion, I would advise other job seekers to approach Leland Management with caution. The lack of communication and professionalism I encountered during the interview scheduling process raises concerns about how they treat their employees. A simple email or follow-up would have gone a long way in preserving their reputation in the eyes of candidates. I hope that Leland Management takes this feedback constructively and uses it as an opportunity to improve their recruitment practices. Every candidate deserves clear communication and respect, regardless of the outcome.
