1st step was a 30 minute web conference with a hiring manager. He gave an in-depth explanation of the company, the problem space, required skills etc.
2nd step was a take home data analysis assignment. The assignment was clear, the data was prepared and the expected turnaround was 5 days.
3rd step was a 2 hour interview that started with mindset questions, then continued with a whiteboard SQL challenge, and a presentation of the take-home assignment. Everyone was super personable and very nice to talk to. They showed that they are invested in making sure they are hiring the right person for the role. Overall I had a very pleasant interview experience, and the interview process was quite straighforward.
