I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LendingClub
Interview
Very welcoming and a really good vibe from the beginning. First introduction as a group then 2 separate interviews. The introduction made for a really good first impression and really puts the position in a nutshell. Very easy to follow and you go in knowing what you’re roll will be.

Interview was relatively straight forward. Scenario questions relevant to the position along with the general interview questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LendingClub (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Heard from a recruiter through my resume on Indeed that Lending Club would like to set up a phone interview for this position. Phone interview lasted around thirty minutes and I made it to the panel interview where I met another recruiter, supervisor, and senior supervisor.
The recruiter provided a tour, the supervisor asked me about skill-level questions seeing how to handle the position and the senior supervisor really asked vague questions. I would say the supervisor’s portion was the best because it felt incredibly relevant about the actual work.
