To go through my experience relative to the role and to learn details about the role and the team. - Cultural fit interview. A general discussion with a couple of team members of the tech team.

Applied through their careers page, initial interview was nice but it quickly went downhill from there. The time slots got mixed up, interviewers were late for the next 2 interviews. Which I don't usually mind but when it exceeds 15min that's just disrespectful and unprofessional. And to top it all off after all of that I was given the "we found a candidate who's skills better suit our needs" email. Kinda wish at least one company was real and just said it like it is, they fund a drastically cheaper candidate to fill the role.
