After submitting my online application, I was invited to complete a technical assessment. Following that, I had a technical interview, a culture-fit interview, and finally, a conversation with the CEO.
The interviewers were patient and welcoming throughout the process, which made for a positive experience.
I got to the second part of the interview. The first part was a take home project whilst the second part was a technical hands on coding interview where i was asked about my self and a couple of coding questions as well as asked to re-implement some part of the first interview take home project.

I was asked about SOLID principles on a frontend interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lendsqr (Lagos) in Feb 2025
Interview
There was an assessment that took two to three days, a frontend project building a dashboard, with filters, api call and item details page as well. It was with a figma design with three pages.
