I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Smyrna, GA) in Sept 2016
Interview
I applied on Indeed and they sent me an email asking to come in for an interview at a Starbucks in the mall. I had the name of a manager, but that was it. When I arrived, I had no idea who I was supposed to be meeting or what they looked like, so I hoped I would be able to identify them by a name tag or lab coat or something. Luckily, I noticed a group of ladies sitting at tables that had Lenscrafters bags. Went over introduced myself and found out it was group interview, with 3 people interviewing us.

Very friendly and informative. The interviewer gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions as well as answer theirs. I learned more about what the job entails and could see a lot of positive aspects .

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LensCrafters in Jul 2022
Interview
Very basic interview with basic questions about why the position is wanted and previous experience. They want to see why you want the position more than why you qualify for it.
