Applied via ad on craigslist, was emailed back and offered interview. Went to interview was asked to fill out formal application, interviewed with GM, was given drug test papers, after I passed was given interview with retail manager started working the following week.

The interview process was very easy. I only had one interview with the store manager and a key holder. I heard back relatively quickly afterwards, they called to confirm salary and interested then I received an offer.
Simple interview. They want to know about you, your experience and what makes you want to work there and why you would be a good choice to work for there company.

After scheduling the actual interview day, the interview process took about 30 minutes to complete. It consisted of going over employment history and why I wanted to join the company. They also went over hours of availability.
