I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Harrisburg, PA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Dropped off a resume and within a week had an interview scheduled. Not sure what that says about employee retention, buuuuut... The fact the interview was so easy never led me to believe some of the employees were spawn of Satan.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing. Management looooooooves to hear themselves talk.
Relatively standard and generic questions. They also provided me with a tour during one of the interviews and had me meet some of the potential team members. There were a few rounds before they gave an offer, but overall, it was a positive experience.
I did a pre-screening and then 3 additional interviews.

Question 1
Describe to me how you approach learning a new job.
Simple 2 interview process interviewing with the store manager and the following week had an interview with the lab manager. The entire hiring process too about two weeks to complete before I received an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LensCrafters
Interview
Very easy, common interview questions. The manager asks tell me about yourself, how do you handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines? can you give me an example of a team project that you completed successfully?
