The interview process is about a 3-week process. There is a screening, interview with the team lead at your location, interview with someone from the head office, and then a coffee interview in the office where you get to meet the team. The whole process was very clear and efficient. I love the system that they use to schedule the interviews. You are able to input your availability and they use that to select a time. They utilize Google calendar. So all the information you need for your interview is in one place and you are not scrambling trying to find the link or confirm the date/time. The team is very nice and welcomed all questions during the interview process. They were also very timely with getting back to you, which I appreciated. All in all a great interview experience.

Had a quick 20 minute interview which involved a few questions about my experience. Then was asked if I had any questions, however made clear that it shouldn’t be about salary - despite it not being advertised anywhere - and is definitely an important aspect of a job
