Leodis Events Trainee Project Manager interview questions

Applied online and received an offer the next day for a one to one interview with the manager. Company was running almost an hour late the day of my meeting, but the actual interview took less than 15 minutes. Asked generic questions regarding personal strengths, weaknesses and team-working abilities. Was told I would receive a call back later that day, but was not contacted. I attended the interview in a cast (which was to be removed two weeks later) and feel this put them off - was told in the interview that it would create an issue if I was make it through to the observational group interview, and personally feel they didn't contact me for this reason. Just a heads up for anyone applying who has disability/mobility problems!
