I had an interview with the principal. It was more of a conversation. I also met some students to get a sense of the school and who I would be working with. It was a very smooth process.
I had an interview with a hiring committee and taught an example lesson. Compared to other schools that I have interviewed at, it was much more relaxed. They also have the best onboarding of any school that I've worked at.
