Leon Capital Group interview questions

One interview with manager and then followup with division head, in office and not difficult. The questions were standard and didn’t seem to push to hard. Generally not an intimidating process and they seemed unprepared.

The MD I interviewed with does not have an investment background! He has a sales background! Had a phone and in person interview with this individual. I do not know who hires this fool but he cannot run a simple financial model! Honestly who hired this clown?
