Interview
It was a trial shift. You get paired with someone experienced in the role and they take you through everything in a couple of rooms, before having you do one yourself. Very non-pressuring, and an enjoyable experience tbh, compared to other interviews
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They only asked me if I had prior experience and apart from that it was skill at listening to instructions and following a process that they looked for.
El proceso fue a través de videollamada grupal de zoom donde nos hacian una breve introducción de la empresa y una breve presentación personal de cada uno.
Posteriormente nos explicaron las instancias y como se iban a comunicar con nosotros.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leonardo Hotels (Berlin) in Jul 2024
Interview
Interview had 2 rounds, one with the HR and the second with the Senior Manager. Both the rounds were good and the inveriew process was smooth and fast. It would be better if they increase the pay scale.
